Shipping policy

SHIPPING RATES AND POLICIES-

AYOUNIK offers delivery to more than 100 countries around the world as indicated on the order form. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 72 hours, however, please allow up to 8 days for delivery as external factors may cause delays.

Your order will be shipped once:

i) Payment has been approved.

ii) The delivery/billing address has been verified.

iii) Shipping to Venezuela: Shippings inside Venezuela are done with ZOOM or MRW, client pays when receving in destination.  // Los envíos a Venezuela se hacen a través de ZOOM o MRW con la modalidad de cobro en destino. El cliente será contactado para definir su oficina ZOOM o MRW de preferenciA.

In calculating when your order will arrive, start with the day in which both these prerequisites have been met and count only business days thereafter.

www.AYOUNIK.com accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received and expedited shipping orders, such as Priority and Express shipping, are elevated in priority to meet the delivery deadline.

Orders will be ship when the payment has been confirmed.

 

Lost or stolen packages

- If the package shows delivered to your address, but is missing you must report the lost to us within 2 weeks of placing your order. Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available.


- We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer.

Refuse Package
If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the following:

  • Original and return shipping costs.
  • Duties, taxes and other customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments.
